Our beautiful panel moulding and corners add a decorative, historic, feel to walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. They are made from a high density urethane which gives each piece the unique details that mimic that of traditional plaster and wood designs, but at a fraction of the weight.
Is This Moulding Painted?
This moulding comes primed white, ready to be painted. We recommend using a high quality acrylic latex paint.
How Do I Install This Moulding?
First make sure that the surface the moulding is being installed on is clear of any debree or dirt. Next, plan out where you want the moulding to lay on the wall. Apply ahesive to the back and brad nails to hold it in place as the adhesive dries. For a more indepth and visual explanation our installation guide can be found under "Product Specifications."
Do I Need to Order the Corner Pieces?
You absoutly do not need to order our pre-made corner pieces. They are availble as an option to make your project easier and to achieve styles that you would not be able to recreate if you were making your own. If you choose to not use the corners, simply miter your moulding at a 45 Degree angle.
What is High Density Urethane?
Urethane is a synthetic wood material that is made from a 2 part chemical reaction in a mold. It is roughly as dense as Pine but weighs significantly less and does not come with any of the downsides a wood product has. It does not absorb any moisture, great for bathroom or exterior applications, which means it will not rought, split, or crack over time.
